Central Jersey Rifle & Pistol Club offers a variety of options for members who are clay shooters.These matches are open to Members and Guests only.

Our range has 5 clay fields, each equipped with both Trap and Skeet machines, and matches for Trap, Skeet, 5-Stand, and "1^st & last Sunday trap" (a trap clinic).

Check the Community Calendar for dates, times, and match chairperson contact information. You must be trained on the use of the trap and skeet machines (see below)

CJRPC Range Rules are found in the posted Rules & Regulations. Be sure to review this document for updates before coming to the club.
Members are responsible to ensure that their guests are following the rules.

Our club is a member of the New Jersey Skeet Shooting Association. Check their calendar for additional matches.

Range Etiquette

1. Be aware that there are often new shooters present, help them to maintain a safe environment.
2. Guns are not pointed at anything, except targets downrange.
3. Guns are carried unloaded at all times.
4. Do not touch another person's firearm without permission.
5. When not shooting, talk in low voices as to not disturb the shooters, or set off clays by triggering the voice caller.
6. Shooters must wait until all shooters are finished before changing stations or moving off of the shooting area.
7. Pick up spent hulls and do not leave live ammo on the field.
8. If you are shooting a semi-automatic, using a magazine clip will keep spent hulls from flying into other shooters.
9. If you see an unsafe range condition, call for a cease fire until the issue is resolved.
